PROGRAMME
The PERSONALISED programme provides a comprehensive approach to athletic development. Each gymnast’s training plan is crafted based on a detailed assessment, incorporating a needs analysis, performance testing, individual preferences and availability/opportunities to train. A bespoke approach to each of the key performance areas will be targeted extensively, these include:
- Essential Strength (lower body, trunk, upper body)
- Lower Limb Power / Plyometrics
- Muscular Imbalance Corrections
- Stability
- Prehabilitation
- Mobility and Flexibility
- Warm Up Protocols (Training and Competition)
- Recovery Methods
By focussing on the specific demands of trampoline gymnastics and incorporating each gymnasts unique needs, the PERSONALISED programmes create the ideal environment to optimise athletic performance and propel your progress to new heights.
COACHING
Coaching within the Personalised Performance-Driven Programme is highly specialised and attentive to detail. Each athlete receives one-on-one support and expert guidance throughout their training journey. Our experienced coaches, with a deep understanding of trampoline gymnastics, work closely with gymnasts to refine technique, optimise movement efficiency, and build confidence under load. This high level of engagement ensures that gymnasts not only improve physically but also develop a deeper understanding of their training and performance potential.
PROCESS
The process begins with an initial consultation to understand the gymnasts goals, injury history, equipment availability and opportunity to train. After this the gymnast will be required to complete a battery of tests to assess current levels of fitness and to monitor progress (more specialised testing can be accessed at an additional cost and availability to travel). These performance markers will then be used to programme for each athlete. Ongoing evaluations are conducted at regular intervals to ensure the programme remains aligned with the gymnast’s evolving needs, providing a clear path to achieve their peak performance.
WHAT IS INCLUDED?
- Initial interview, plus an additional 30 minute call each month to discuss programming/updates/advice
- Periodisation of the programme, inclusive of competition schedule and tapering methods to achieve peak performance
- Feedback for every session with video analysis
- Constant communication through message for any questions/queries
AND
The PERSONALISED programme includes 3 bespoke Strength sessions per week, each lasting ~1 hour.
