MULTI-PROGRAMME DELIVERY
POA – Pricing is dependent on club size, delivery structure and level of support required
Our Multi-Programme Delivery is designed for clubs where a single programme does not fully meet the needs of every gymnast. It allows a structured blend of S4T’s Club and Personalised programmes, providing enhanced support while remaining embedded within the club environment.
A select number of gymnasts may follow small group programming alongside the wider club programme. These sessions are designed around shared performance needs, while considering the strengths, limitations and demands of the gymnasts involved, and remaining aligned with the club’s training structure and long term pathway.
Programme options are discussed directly with me to ensure the right level of support is provided. This ensures the approach is purposeful, appropriate and focused on long term development.

PROGRAMME
MULTI-PROGRAMME DELIVERY
The Multi-Programme Delivery option provides a structured and flexible approach to athletic development within a club setting. It is designed for clubs where a single programme does not fully meet the needs of all gymnasts, allowing elements of S4T’s Club and Personalised programmes to be combined for a select group of athletes.
This approach targets small groups of gymnasts with shared performance needs, training age or physical requirements. Programming is shaped through discussion with the club and coach, ensuring that additional support is purposeful, appropriate and aligned with the club’s overall training structure and long term pathway.
Within Multi-Programme Delivery, key performance areas are prioritised to meet the demands of trampoline gymnastics, including:
Essential Strength (lower body, trunk, upper body)
Lower Limb Power and Plyometrics
Muscular Balance and Capacity Development
Stability and Bracing
Prehabilitation and Injury Risk Reduction
Mobility and Flexibility
Warm Up Protocols (Training and Competition)
Recovery Strategies
By combining structured group training with targeted progression for small groups, this option allows gymnasts to receive the right level of input at the right time, without removing them from the club environment.
COACHING
Coaching within Multi-Programme Delivery is collaborative and purposeful. Support is directed towards small groups rather than individuals, with close communication between S4T, the club and the gymnasts involved. Sessions are delivered with a clear focus on movement quality, load management and progression, ensuring gymnasts understand the intent behind their training while developing the physical qualities required for performance and durability.
PROCESS
The process begins with discussions between S4T and the club to identify which gymnasts may benefit from enhanced support and how this fits within the existing training structure. Group needs are identified through observation, performance data where available and an understanding of competition demands and training exposure.
Programming is then integrated alongside the club programme, with regular reviews to ensure it remains appropriate as gymnasts develop and training demands change.
