CLUB VISIT & TESTING
POA – Pricing is dependent on club size, delivery format and testing requirements
A structured club visit combining objective performance testing and practical demonstrations to assess physical qualities, inform training decisions and showcase how trampoline-specific strength and conditioning can be applied within a club environment. Delivered as a split session, the visit provides both data-driven insight and practical application to support long-term athlete development.

CLUB VISIT & TESTING
Our Club Visit & Testing are designed to give clubs a deeper understanding of how physical preparation underpins trampoline performance. Each visit is delivered across two distinct but complementary sessions, combining objective assessment with practical application.
The first half of the visit focuses on assessing gymnasts using world-class testing equipment. The second half applies those findings through a practical demonstration of the JOBS framework, showing how training can be structured to meet the physical demands of trampoline gymnastics.
PERFORMANCE TESTING
The assessment phase uses VALD ForceDecks, a world-class dual force plate system widely used in elite sport. ForceDecks allow detailed analysis of how gymnasts produce and apply force, providing objective insight into performance characteristics that cannot be identified through observation alone.
Testing may include assessment of:
- Force production and asymmetry
- Rate of force development
- Jump strategy and efficiency
- Lower limb loading patterns
Additional testing methods may be used where appropriate to build a broader picture of physical capacity and movement quality.
The purpose of testing is not simply to collect data, but to identify key physical priorities, highlight potential risk factors and guide effective programme design. Results are explained clearly to coaches and gymnasts, ensuring the data is meaningful and directly applicable to training.
PRACTICAL DEMONSTRATION – THE JOBS FRAMEWORK
The second half of the visit focuses on the practical application of the JOBS framework, S4T’s model for trampoline-specific physical preparation:
Jumps – Developing efficient force production and expression
Overhead – Strength and control in overhead and shoulder-depressed positions
Brace – Trunk strength and stiffness to minimise force loss
Strength – Building physical capacity to tolerate training and reduce injury risk
This session is delivered as a live demonstration, using gymnasts to showcase how each component of the JOBS framework is trained in practice. Exercises are selected to reflect the needs identified during testing, helping coaches see the direct link between assessment outcomes and training interventions.
The demonstration provides clear examples of how the JOBS framework can be integrated into existing training structures, whether through warm-ups, micro-dosing or dedicated strength and conditioning sessions.
EDUCATION & APPLICATION
Throughout the visit, emphasis is placed on education and clarity. Coaches are guided through the rationale behind testing metrics, exercise selection and progression strategies, ensuring they leave with a clear understanding of how physical preparation supports performance, resilience and long-term development.
The visit can be delivered as a combined presentation and practical session, making it suitable for coaches, gymnasts and parents.
OUTCOMES FOR THE CLUB
By the end of a Club Visit & Testing day, clubs gain:
- Objective insight into the physical qualities of their gymnasts
- A clearer understanding of how testing informs training decisions
- Practical examples of trampoline-specific strength and conditioning
- A structured framework to support long-term athlete development
Each visit is tailored to the club’s environment, athlete group and objectives, ensuring the content is relevant, engaging and immediately useful.
